Awareness & Safe(r) Space
Diversity
Our goal is to create a safe and joyful space for everyone at the Body Rhythm Festival, regardless of ethnic background, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, physical appearance, (dis)ability, skills or previous experience. We therefore do not tolerate racism, sexism, ableism, ageism, anti-Semitism or any other form of discrimination or abusive behaviour.
Consensus or consent: only yes means yes!
We believe that we are all responsible for the atmosphere, mood and interaction. Dance, sing and groove wildly and exuberantly – but make sure to leave space for others and respect their boundaries. Act according to the principle of consensus: physical contact and actions only take place with mutual consent. If you are unsure, ask – because boundaries are individual.
Security and solidarity
Everyone has the right to feel safe and respected. The person affected determines where an assault begins. If you feel uncomfortable or notice that someone needs help, talk to us – we take all feedback seriously and do not question the perception of the person affected. Solidarity is our top priority.
Substance-free: Celebrating together with clarity
The Body Rhythm Festival is a drug-free space. We invite you to get high on music, movement and community – not substances. Please do not bring any drugs or mind-altering substances onto the premises. Together, we want to create a clear, safe and connected space where everyone can be present and mindful with one another.
Mental health: take good care of yourself
Festival days can be intense – little sleep, lots of impressions, lots of closeness. Please take an honest look at yourself: do you feel mentally stable enough to handle this experience well? Only participate if you feel you are in a condition that allows you to cope well with the challenges and dynamics of the festival. Self-care is part of our collective responsibility.
You will be asked to agree to the arrangements when you book your ticket.

Sponsoring & Support
To make the festival accessible for people with lower incomes – through reduced ticket prices or scholarships – we rely on diverse forms of support.
Would you like to contribute financially or by volunteering your time and skills? Or perhaps you’d like to reach out to us on behalf of a company? We’d be delighted to hear from you!
